This 28 Day Total Body Reset was born out of a program I did a few years ago with my tribe in the wellness arena! We had great feedback and great results and up until now it has only been available online via a meal plan program. I decided to turn the program into a downloadable pdf so more people can benefit from the information included.

This is not a weight loss program, instead it is a gentle way to reset the systems of your body. I concluded that this could be accomplished in 28 days….if you stick to the plan and stay consistent. It can offer up many results, and results will vary person to person. You may experience weight loss, lifting of mental fog, more energy, better sleep, less abdominal discomfort, less cravings, balancing of hormones, etc. Everyone will start at a different place in their own health, so results will be different with each person. As an encouraging testimony, when we were “testing” this plan out, one of the people in the test group was my husband. He’s not big on “dieting” or making drastic changes to his way of eating, but he did it for me. The results were amazing and they were so good, that it changed it thought process on what healthy really was. In 28 days he lost 28 lbs and many, many inches (from the waist, hips, thighs and upper arms). He felt better, slept better, had more energy, and he even noticed a decrease in seasonal allergies.

What you’ll receive has been tested by scores and scores of people. All the recipes were made and tested by me first. Many times you get a book of recipes that may have never been tried by the person who wrote the book or plan. Each recipe will have a photo included, so you know we’ve done our part to make sure these recipes actually work and taste good!

This plan includes the Quickstart Guide with good info you’ll need to know before you start, Daily Notes, a calendar with the meal plan laid out in the order I feel it will best work with resetting your body, and the 29 recipes to use throughout the plan. The only guesswork you’ll need to do is make out your grocery list. This can change with each person depending on how many people you will be cooking these meals for. Most of the recipes will make enough for 1-2 people. The soups/chili make a much larger quantity. I will suggest how you work with quantities and how to use them for leftovers.

You will also receive an easy “list” of your daily meals with the page number where the recipe is found. In no way does this need to be followed dogmatically, but I do feel that the way each day is laid out has been done in a way to not starve you nor overload you with certain foods. You can ALWAYS sub out ingredients and foods to fit your dietary needs. Don’t eat beef, use turkey. Don’t eat meat at all, sub with a good protein source such as beans and veggies, etc. Don’t do dairy, sub out with your favorite alternative. Nowadays there are substitutions for just about everything, which is awesome and makes eating for so many much less complicated. For example: if we have yogurt anywhere in the meal plan and you don’t eat dairy, then you can choose from coconut, almond, goats or even sheep milk yogurts instead. Omit ingredients that you just don’t want to use or consume. These recipes are simple enough to tweak to your liking.

This isn’t the time to have detailed and difficult recipes. They are to be simple and easy. The purpose is to have some gentle foods to allow your body to rest and reset. It’s also not the time to gorge on food all day and all night. This is where some self-control will come into play, but that self-control will help your hormones start working the way they are suppose to work – and for your benefit. I desire to see people live healthier lives, but it isn’t always easy knowing what steps to take. This 28 Day Total Body Reset is a wonderful, simple plan if you’re taking your first steps on this journey, or if you just need a good “break” from what your routine has turned into. Living healthy is wonderful! If you’ve ever heard my story, you’ll understand why I am a huge proponent of this. Being sick isn’t fun. Being near death isn’t fun. Quality of life matters so much, not just quantity of life. And in the end, living a life worth living will make life more enjoyable and how you choose to take care of your body will have a HUGE impact on those results!
