Please note: We have a flat rate shipping since they weigh more due to being shipped with liquid. Extreme heat or extreme cold can effect the health of your SCOBY. If your package will be delivered where these extreme temperatures exist and where they may have to sit for long periods until retrieved, it is best to find a better option as to where it is shipped (a neighbor’s, the office, the post office, etc.). We will package these so they are kept moist and in the tea, but we cannot take responsibility for the conditions of shipping. There are no refunds on shipping if the SCOBY is somehow ruined during shipping. Thank you for understanding.
