Instructions:
- Slice the vanilla pods down the center, lengthwise, and scrape out the beans.
- Place both the beans and the empty pods into your jar.
- Fill the jar with brandy, ensuring the vanilla is fully submerged.
- Seal the jar with a tight-fitting lid and store it in a cool, dark place for 6 weeks, allowing the flavors to infuse.
- Once ready, you can either leave the pods in the jar for a stronger flavor or strain the extract into a new container.
