- Add all the ingredients, minus the oil, to a food processor and pulse until blended.
- Slowing add oil in a stream while processor is going until all ingredients are blended thoroughly.
- Pour into a glass jar with a lid and refrigerate. The mayo will become thicker over a couple of days.
- Typically lasts 2-3 weeks when kept in the refrigerator.
