- Place chocolate in a glass bowl and melt over low using the hot water bath method.
- Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, spoon 1 tablespoon into each sphere mold, spreading with a pastry brush or the back of a spoon. Reserve some chocolate for sealing up the spheres once filled (you can always make more if necessary).
- Place in the freezer for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove and add another tablespoon of chocolate and spread around the mold.
- Refrigerate or freeze for 10 minutes.
- Remove and pop the chocolate out of the molds.
- Place each sphere, open side up and fill each mold with 2 tablespoons of cacao mix.
- Place an empty sphere on top of a filled sphere and seal by piping the seam of the two spheres with chocolate.
FOR CACAO MIX
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended thoroughly.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl.
HOW TO MAKE HOT CACAO
- Place one chocolate bomb in a mug and fill the mug with hot milk. Once it melts, stir well to combine milk and cacao mix.
